Script and domain cusomization

Hello,
I have a problem with Domains.
First is I bought 2 Domains, one for the Product and the other for the custom landing page.
However, the first domain is domain.link , and the other is domain.app . I set the custom index url to domain.app and product installed in domain.link . Now everything is fine but, if you go to domain.link it will direct you to domain.link/domain.app with a 404 Page Not Found.
The other thing is I need PHP, CSS, JS, HTML customization for my project.
