Script conversion (Visual Basic to PHP)

I am looking for a skilled programmer to help me convert a script from Visual Basic 6 to PHP. The purpose of the script is data manipulation. The source code is currently in Visual Basic, and I need it converted to PHP for data manipulation within our software. The VB6 script is small, less than 1000 lines. These are not long complex scripts and are used as part of a time system software package. The primary goal is to convert the script, but no additional functionality needs to be added.
