Script PHP Notepad Online

I am looking for the development of a simple, secure, and easy-to-install web script, inspired by the functionality of the website notepad.cc.
The goal is to allow the creation of temporary notes with the following features:
Paste and store text online
Set an access password
Option to copy the content
Define a data retention time (e.g. 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 1 hour, etc.)
Automatic deletion of data after the defined time expires
The solution must be secure, ensuring that the stored data cannot be accessed, copied, or recovered by unauthorized third parties beyond the defined permissions.
The script should be lightweight, easily deployable on an online server, and without complex dependencies.
Good security practices, ease of use, and basic installation/configuration documentation are highly valued.
