Scraping email addresses

We have 2 lists
1. one list on-line with some 5000 addresses with
company name/address/post code/city and email addresses -> scrape and store this straight into a csv file
2. second list, could be a list in a very csv file with some 18000 addresses wherever name, address, postcode, town is listed.
So, you want to search every name with address and zip code within the CSV file via the web. once found you extract the e-mail address from the web store company it within the CSV file. Or produce a replacement with all firms and store the initial information and add the found email addresses for every company.
Here we want to seek out emails for any or all of the below;
- company owner
- head druggist email
- company email
