Scrape a website and book appointment programmatically.

We have an existing code in PHP that scrapes a particular website, looks for available appointments and chooses the earliest available appointment against what the date the user chose. All the features were working before but it looks like the website we are fetching the data has made some changes including adding a captcha. We will provide a captcha breaking service using API so you are required to update the existing code (or re-write the code, your choice). There will be multiple users requesting the service so you code will store and retrieve data on a DB and will have to run a cronjob to continuously check for cancellations and new available dates.
