Scrape telegram channels and add users to my Telegram group

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me scrape telegram channels and add users to my Telegram group. The purpose of adding users is to build a community and network. I have no preference for the method of scraping telegram channels, so the freelancer can use either manual or automated methods. I would like to scrape 4-7 telegram channels.
