Scrape session based site and enter data in MYSQL db

Looking to have a script developed that can be ran using curl and access a session based public site using rotating proxies (pulled from a mysql db), scrape the data, compare it to prior runs, and notify of changes via email.

Script action
First run
- Access session based public website
- Scrape data
- Enter into DB
- Email results

Subsequent runs
- Access session based website
- Scrape data
- Compare to DB
- If different / log and email
- If same / do nothing

Preferably designed in PHP and must read and write into a MySql DB.

Potential upgrades
- Run script and loop through multiple websites at one time.
