In the netherlands, when you rent out a property, you have to have a certain points to rent for certain prices (free sector, instead of regulated) based on a point system thats calculated by for example size of property and other details like modern kitchen, the points are set by the government.

Is it possible to copy/scrape that form (and function) and to build/create it on our site in Elementor (Wordpress)?
We want a copy of their layout, but on our site.
To help, the government has created this calculation tool in Excel, which is added in the attachment (but it's in english.
