Scrape file after loggin into remote site in PHP

I have a project that requires to log in to the following site:

using the credentials:
Username = Public
Password = PubAccess1845!
Once logged in, I need to automatically navigate to the /doc folder, and then the /cor foler and download any file. For example, download 20230420c.txt.
The script needs to be in PHP and can use any packagist library for PHP.
