Scrape directors dealings (insider trading) information, store in database and create automatic email

What I want to do:
- I want to scrape and store insider information (i.e. if managing directors buy or sell their own stock) which is publicly available in an own database and display it on my website: https://investmentphilosoph.com/
- Website visitors should be able to sign up via email and get an automatic email if a transaction in a certain company happens

* The data scraped and displayed should be updated daily
* The presentation of the data should be in the form of tables.
* The system needs to be flexible, allowing me to add other data points in the future
* Possibility for website visitors to sign up via email and get automatic emails once a insider transaction is happening
* Ensure the website has a user-friendly interface for easy navigation.
* The website should be mobile-responsive to allow access from various devices.
* Add a search functionality that allows users to quickly find specific transactions or insiders.
