Scrap a page request and provide the code in PHP

-This project is to scrap a page and get specific data from it. The code provided needs to be in PHP and needs to show that it works using a simple page request.
-The page example that needs to be scrapped is https://www.faxvin.com/license-plate-lookup/result?plate=6UHR526&state=CA you can see a screen shot of the results from that page attached.
-The plate="6UHR526" and state="CA" needs to be dynamic as to simulate different plates and vin searches.
-The returned data needs to be VIN, Make, Model, Year and Trim. That is what the scrap needs to return at the end of the request.
Here is how it would work.
1. user would go to link such as example.com?plate=6UHR526&state=CA
2. the script which is in php would scrap the request.
3. the results from the scrap would be VIN, Make, Model, Year and Trim and be displayed as the results.
-There are NO milestones, NO pieces and NO portions of the project. The entire project will be paid and awarded once the entire project is 100% complete. No exceptions. If the project is not complete, nothing monetary will be awarded.
