Scoreboard/Questionnaire & Landing Page Creation
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I'm seeking a skilled web developer to create a scoreboard/questionnaire and a subsequent landing page. I have the questions written out.
The purpose of this project is to collect user details and encourage them to schedule a consultation.
- After completing the questionnaire, users will be lead to the landing page where they can provide some details about their property and personal info.
- Property details will be provided by selecting from icons they can click on and input email, name, and phone number.
Ideal candidates for this project should have experience in web development and be capable of creating interactive elements like a scoreboard or questionnaire. Skills in user interface design and data collection systems are also beneficial.
I have a link to both as to what id like them to look like.
