School managment system + video conferencing system -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking for a freelancer to develop a School Management System and a Video Conferencing System for our English school. The school management system should have the capability to integrate with existing video conferencing software. It would also need to include features such as messaging, attendance records and financial management.
We need to add to Video Conferencing System allow other features such as video recording. We would also like it to be available on multiple platforms and devices to meet the needs of our students.
FEATURES:
Student
- can check lessons learned
- can check the availability of teachers
- can cancel a lesson with a reason (displays information about remaining lessons and removes -1 if canceled)
-displaying the number of remaining lessons to be taken after buying a lesson
- a student can buy 5x,10x,15x (admin sets the amount for one lesson for each teacher
- can book lessons in the calendar (after selecting the appropriate teacher) with the choice of options (a lesson every week for, for example, the next few weeks)
- after the lesson, an opinion form about a given teacher is displayed in the video conference system and sent directly to the admin (admin has a summary from students about the teacher's data)
- can register, when registering, he is asked about his name, current level of English, what the teacher wants during the lesson and what his preferences are (after selecting the teacher and the lesson, the teacher receives these data and displays them in the students tab)
Teacher
- only admin can register teacher
-can check assigned lessons from registered students, if canceled it will also display it
- can check the number of lessons taken, what kind of student it was
- the teacher can enter the topic of the lesson with each assigned lesson (the student is also shown the topic of the lesson)
- can check the amount he earned from each lesson (admin determines what part of the amount that the student paid for the lesson is displayed to the teacher in the summary)
- when assigning a lesson, the teacher receives an automatically generated link to the meeting (also student)
SYSTEM
- generates an automatic meeting link
- calculates totals earned for each teacher
