School Exam Planning Database Creation

I'm in need of a simple database for a school assignment, specifically an Exam Planning System. The project will involve the use of MySQL and PHP.
Entity-Relationship Model:
- You are required to create an entity-relationship model for this database.
Purpose: Streamline the process of organizing and managing exams within an educational institution.
Main Entities: Employee, Department, Faculty, Courses, Exam
Functional Requirements: Login, personalized welcome page, role-specific functionalities
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in MySQL and PHP
- Strong understanding of database design and management
- Ability to create an entity-relationship model
What I was expecting:
Your entity-relationship model (no need for drawing just write entities, attributes, and relationship.)
A sql file with commands to create the database.
A php file will display the desired simple functions and connect to the database.
