School Bus Tracking App Development (please read before bidding)

if you decide to make a pa of this it must be ios & android
if you create a website it must be responsive
this is the start we don't want to spend more than $75
if we see that you can work very well within this budget and are not stingy, then we can move on to a larger project of thousands of dollars
individual freelancers have preference as we can give them the opportunity to build their career. We will fly you over if necessary. Because we are looking to set up IT company in our country where we will need IT people hence individuals will get an opportunity

the app must have the following users.

what should the driver be able to do?
1. register
2. Scan passenger in and out using a QR code (in and out scan time should be visible)
3. be able to record comments for each passenger per day if necessary
4. being able to see each passenger monthly report of where they got in/out and at what time.
5. Be able to create a QR code for every name.
6.the driver must be able to see on Google Map where his colleagues (other drivers/ real time tracking) are at that moment
Drivers must be able to clock in and clock out while driving. (clock in driver is on work they must appear on google map)
what should parents be able to do?
1. Real time tracking of All bus location on google map
2. only see data about his children.(it doesn't matter how many they have. they can see all in one account)
3. see what time his/her child gets on/off and at what location and time
4. being given the bus in which his or her child is sitting with plate number
5. being able to see his child's monthly report of where they got in/out and at what time.
6. which bus is suspended, why and the bus details
what should the administrator be able to do?
- blacklist/suspend driver
- see driver speed
-view route record
- Real time tracking of bus location on google map
- all drivers send messages push notification
- all parents send messages push notification
-accept/approve new driver
-accept and approve new passenger
- assign passenger to a bus
- assign passenger to parents account if needed
- can print out the travel history of each student for an entire year / month
- Generate QR code for each student / driver
