Schedule Manager

We are a broker between new home inspector applicants needing to complete their state-mandated 30 'parallels' (ride-alongs with a licensed home inspector). We need a web app which will display all the available home inspections which the applicants can choose from. It should have a very simple interface for the licensed inspectors to enter the specifics of the inspection (date, time, address, status, etc). We also need to ensure that the applicants have paid for each parallel before they can select an inspection. This app would send appropriate email notifications to the applicants and the inspectors. Ideally this app will also keep historical data for each applicant and inspector. Reporting functionality is also desired.
