Scalable web-based bicycle sharing app

Scalable web-based bicycle sharing using Google Cloud.

Expected functionalities:
A. Customer dashboard

1. Customer could check the nearest bicycle rental stations near to them
2. Customer must be registered before being allowed to rent bicycle
3. Only 1 bicycle could be rented per a registered user per time
4. Customers could unlock bicycle from a station and return it to another station nearest to their destination (within the same system).
5. Customers could check for the station with available spaces ( this is to avoid congestion)

B. Rental Organisation
1. There will be alert to inform the rental organisation:
- when a bicycle is being taken/returned
- if a user tries to remove any part of the bicycle
- a break-down alert if the bicycle is break down
- if the number of bicycles in the station is lower than the expected number (this is to ensure all bicycles are returned)

2. The rental organisation could
- track all the bicycles
- track a specific bicycle
- check the station to check for a particular bicycle
