Save caldera form entries on frontend - and add a dropdown in woocommerce cart.

1) Get Caldera Forms (measurement forms) to save the entered values (on the FRONTEND). The last entered data (12 fields) have to be saved and shown. The fields has to be open for edit. It is only the USER/admin, who can EDIT and SEE the value.

DROPDOWN IN THE WOOCOMMERCE CART FOR EACH PRODUCT.
2.1) The dropdown has to show the different measurement profiles, so the user can select between saved entries from the different caldera forms.
2.2) Each measurement profile (man, woman), has to have a link in the dropdown, so the user can check the values.
2.3) If the measurement profile is empty, there has to be a link to measurement-page in the dropdown.
2.4) Last option in the dropdown "Measurement data is coming later"
2.5) The dropdown in the cart is mandatory

The selected measurement profile entries have to be added in the mail, when the order is done.
