Saltafila App – Order Management System for Construction Materials Store

We are looking for a freelance developer (or team) to build a custom mobile and web application for managing customer orders in a construction materials store with two locations (Avola and Testa dell’Acqua, Italy).

The project, called “Saltafila”, includes the development of:

A mobile app for customers

A web interface for store staff

API integration with the TeamSystem ERP

Mobile App – Key Features:
Customer registration/login (with manual approval)

Product catalog synchronized via API

Order creation with product selection and optional notes

Pickup or construction-site delivery options

Choice of one of 4 time slots (morning/afternoon)

Payment only at pickup or delivery (no online payment)

Push/email notifications for order status

Order history view

App in Italian only

Web Platform – Key Features:
Multi-user login (admin/operator)

Real-time order dashboard

Status updates: in progress, ready, out for delivery, delivered

Time slot and delivery management

Manual assignment of delivery drivers

One-click order notifications

Time Slot Management:
Automatic blocking of full slots (based on order capacity per slot)

Manual blocking of time slots for specific dates/locations

ERP Integration:
Real-time or scheduled product catalog sync with TeamSystem

Optional: app orders recorded as internal reservations
