Sales mapping app

Looking to build app that our team can use for selling in the field. Would use Google maps as the base and we would need ability to connect our sales database that would include client info, addresses, sales $. Would like reps to be able to enter notes for each client they visit. Would like it to have ability for route planning, route optimization, be able to add filters so they can see data they want. Would like to be able to create territories on maps for our reps. Ability to create check-ins. Ability to add photos. Create reports. Looking to connect it to my existing CRM system that is currently proprietary but has open API capability.
