Sales & Service Expense Management Software

I'm in need of a custom expense management software that will be used specifically for tracking and managing sales personnel expenses.
The software should have the following features:
- Expense tracking
- Receipt management
- Reporting and analytics
I currently don't have a system in place for managing these expenses, therefore, the ideal system should be intuitive and easy to use as it will be a new introduction to the process.
The software should ideally be compatible across multiple platforms, but since I didn't specify this in the initial questions, I'm open to suggestions on which platform would be best for this type of software.
