- Purchase Order Module:
- Raise POs directly or from approved sales orders.
- Include item photos.
- Internal Approval: All POs need internal validation.
- Approval Workflow:
- Automate document routing for approvals.
- Generate PDF versions of sales quotations and POs, email to approvers.
- Reporting:
- Send PDF and Excel reports to predefined email.
