Sales Order Fillable Form to be created
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hi we need an expert in forms to help us create a Fillable PDF form to take our customers orders.
There will be approximately 8 different sections to be created.
We would like the form to have drop downs with interactive price buttons for the items that customers can upgrade from the base price to the upgraded item. This needs to change the $ value at the bottom of the form.
We need this form to be have 2 different print versions; one showing the priced items for our sales staff and the other without prices for our manufacturing team eg it will become the job sheet.
We need the form to link with Stripe for payments if possible.
We need you to tell us the best software to use to manage this form eg google survey, jotform,etc
