SaaS for backlink creation

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to develop a SaaS platform for backlink creation. Here are the project requirements:

Budget: Less than $500

Features:
- The most important feature for the backlink creation tool is automated backlink building. The platform should be able to generate backlinks automatically without manual intervention. I have a list of 10.000+ website. These websites are all very similar. they require a person to sign up which requires:
-username (this can and should be just a random name)
-email address (this can and should be a random email address)
-Password (again, random is fine)
-Password verification (should be same as password obviously)
-A Solvemedia Captcha.

I want to automate this process



Hosting and Domain:
- The client already has both hosting service and domain, so no assistance is needed in this regard.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in software development and experience in developing SaaS platforms.
- Expertise in backlink creation and SEO techniques.
- Familiarity with automation tools and techniques for backlink building.
- Knowledge of web hosting and domain management.
