SaaS for Credit Repair Industry

This has to be UX/UI 1st and Functionality a close 2nd.
We will need 3 types login portals with varying roles in some portals.
Would prefer someone proficient in Bubble.io or of the likes to build this. I have the databases just need to build out the portals and dashboards.
1. Admin Portal
- Branded Private Label Portal Login/Sign Up Page
- Pages for All Clients Page w/ search of any field, Specific Client Page, etc...
- CRM w/PDF database of dispute letters, drag & drop visual pipeline, placeholder tags, etc...
- Drag & Drop funnel, web form, landing page, etc... builder w/ facebook pixel integration
- Open API / Rest API in order to allow access to any credit monitoring company, mailing companies like LOB.com, Chat Bot integrations and more.
- Roles for Admin, Credit Specialist, Customer Service and Outsourcer where it segments which clients who can view and the amount of information they can view per client based on client assignment.
- Import / Update / Re Import Credit Report
- Side by Side Report Comparison
- Custom Pages w/ optional CSS / HTML editing
2. Client Portal
- Dashboard showcasing Credit Score, Items In Dispute, etc....
- Roles for DIY Clients and Clients | where the difference is that the DIY Clients have access to a few admin tools such as credit report import, create dispute letters using the dispute letters database, print or mail letters via their local printer or through the like of LOB.com via Rest API
- Referral Tracking that can go track as far as 3 generations deep... meaning a (1)clients (2)referrals (3)referral.
3. Affiliate Portal
- Dashboard with count of total clients, total clients that have met their qualifying thresholds, a total of referrals 3 generations deep, etc..
- Drag & Drop funnel, web form, landing page, etc... builder w/facebook pixel integration attached to their referral tracking code
- Optional Private Label Client Portal where the affiliate can have their own private portal

Some of the global features will be ability to communicate via sms, email and voice right from the software with client, affiliate and their assigned account manager.
