SaaS WordPress Dev - Subscription, Chatbot & Data Viewer
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are building a subscription-based SaaS platform using WordPress as the backend and integrating chatbot plus structured data functionality. This initial phase is scoped to complete the build in 60 days, with clear milestones and possible extension for the right developer for maintenance and scaling.
MAX PAY $900
We are not sharing full business details upfront for confidentiality reasons. You must be comfortable working under NDA and delivering milestone-based progress with changelog tracking via GitHub or internal logs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build a secure, scalable WordPress-based SaaS platform
Integrate a chatbot interface using Botpress or a comparable platform
Configure a membership system using MemberPress or WP Simple Pay
Import and display JSON or CSV datasets cleanly using WP All Import and ACF Pro.
Prepare for voicebot integration using Twilio and Dialogflow in a later phase
Implement strong security and performance best practices
Write clean, well-documented code to ensure long-term maintainability
TECH STACK YOU MUST KNOW
WordPress with Kadence Pro or a similar SaaS-optimized theme
MemberPress or WP Simple Pay
WP All Import and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
Botpress, Tidio, or Landbot for chatbot functionality
Basic familiarity with Twilio and Dialogflow
Kinsta or Cloudways for hosting
iThemes Security Pro or similar for site hardening
COMMUNICATION A WORKFLOW
We use Zoom and WhatsApp for meetings, updates, and day-to-day check-ins
Expect milestone reviews and prompt communication
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience building SaaS or membership-based platforms
Demonstrated skill with structured data handling in WordPress
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Fluent written English and proactive communication
NDA required for shortlisted applicants
BONUS SKILLS NOT REQUIRED BUT VALUED
Experience with OCR or PDF parsing
Voice assistant or IVR system integration
Custom NLU or intent model implementation using Botpress Cloud
NEXT STEPS
We will shortlist one or two candidates for a paid trial of five to ten hours to evaluate real-world execution
The final contract will be milestone-based, with an opportunity to extend into a full build and maintenance role
