SaaS Transformation: Non-SaaS to SaaS
Budget: €3,000 – €5,000 EUR
Description of our project.
We have purchased a system made in Laravel, that system is made as a singular company usage, which we want to change into SaaS platform, that software we have is made in Laravel framework, the system comes also with a mobile app made in flutter.
Our wish of changes for that project are following:
1.) Create a Super Admin Panel (can be made in the same design the admin panel is now.)
- 1.1.) Move the System Settings which are in the current admin panel into the -> Super Admin Panel.
- 1.2.) Create/Edit/Delete Packages for companies to subscribe at.
- 1.3.) Create 2 Payment Gateways for companies to pay for their subscription.
- 1.4.) Create Automatic Cronjob to Activate subscription, Charge for subscription, Suspend if payment is overdue.
- 1.5.) Login as Company if they need assist.
- 1.6.) SMS Gateway for notification which companies can activate/deactivate and we will charge for each SMS sent to their customers.
- 1.7.) Package Limits: Price based on QTY of Staff/ Sub users which are made under the Company Owner user.
- 1.8.) SMS Charge if activated X amount per SMS which will be charged for extra.
- 1.9.) Offer Trial Period for X amount of days which is set in the package settings. (Trial should not include SMS, iFrame, etc.)
2.) Changes of current Admin Panel (for the company owners/staff.)
- 2.1.) Remove few modules/pages from the the main Admin, Staff Earnings, Staff Payouts, Commission Earn and other things that will not be used.
- 2.2.) Create 3 Payment Gateways where the company owners will import their Secret Keys, Private Keys (Tokens)
- 2.3.) Modify the Settings pages -> General Settings:
- 2.3.1.) General Settings: Company Name, Contact Number, Description, Category of Service, Shop Name, Address, City, Postcode, (Latitude/Longitude), Logo, Mini Logo, Dark Logo, Light Logo, Subdomain.
- 2.3.2.) Misc Settings: Booking Slot Duration, Time Zone, Data Table Limits.
- 2.3.3.) Quick Booking: iFrame, and Shared Links (Subdomain is used which is set in the General Settings.
- 2.3.4.) Invoice Settings: Keep as it is for now.
- 2.3.5.) Custom Code: CSS, and JS (Will be moved under Super Admin.)
- 2.3.6.) Customization: (Will be moved under Super Admin.)
- 2.3.7.) Mail Settings: (Will be moved under Super Admin.)
- 2.3.8.) Notification Setting: (Will be moved under Super Admin.)
- 2.3.9.) Integration: (Will be moved under Super Admin.)
- 2.3.10.) Custom Fields: Keep as it is for now.
- 2.3.11.) Currency Setting: (Will be moved under Super Admin.)
- 2.3.12.) Commission: Remove
- 2.3.13.) Holiday: Keep as it is for now.
- 2.3.14.) Business Hours: Keep as it is for now.
- 2.3.15.) Payment Method: (Will be both be under Super Admin, and Company Admin but with separated data.)
- 2.3.16.) Language Settings: (Will be moved under Super Admin.)
- 2.3.17.) Menu Builder: (Will be moved under Super Admin.)
- 2.3.18.) Location Page and it's Subpages: Cities, States, Countries (Will be moved under Super Admin.)

Mobile App:
-- Multi Companies lookup and Bookings instead of Single Company Booking.
-- Search for Companies by their name, services, category, around me etc.
-- Customer can only book at single vendor due to the Payment Gateway Settings.

-- Create Simple Front end page, responsive website where you can search, and book services like inside the app.
