SaaS Setup & Customization Expert Needed

Installation & Server Configuration
• Install BeePost SaaS script on our shared cPanel server
• Configure .env file (app name, URL, DB, mail, storage paths, etc.)
• Setup MySQL database and import SQL if required
• Set correct folder/file permissions
• Enable and configure cron jobs for background tasks
• Set app to production mode with proper optimization (artisan optimize, cache:clear)

Licensing & Callback Removal
• Completely remove all Envato license checks
• Disable or delete code referencing codecanyon verification APIs
• Remove any hidden tracking or telemetry calls to original developer’s server
• Ensure system runs offline or independently without any external license validation

Branding & UI Customization
• Replace all default “BeePost” logos, name, favicon with our brand assets
• Update title, footer, login page, admin panel branding
• Remove any references to “codecanyon”, “BeePost”, or original author
• Apply minor UI polishing where necessary (remove unused menu items, fix layout bugs)

Social Media API Integration
Set up API credentials, test OAuth, and enable posting/scheduling for:
• Facebook
o Graph API (Pages & Groups)
o Permissions: pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, publish_to_groups
o Test actual post with a page
• Instagram
o Instagram Graph API (only Business Profiles)
o Link via Facebook App
o Test post scheduling with image + caption
• Twitter / X
o Twitter Developer API
o Set up OAuth, keys, tokens
o Post text/media updates
• LinkedIn
o LinkedIn Marketing API
o Support for Company Pages & Profiles
o Test text + link + image post
• YouTube
o YouTube Data API
o Setup for video upload + metadata
o Test video post with scheduled time
• tiktok
o TikTok for Developers (Business or Creator Account required)
o Use TikTok Upload API or TikTok Login Kit
o Enable:
1. Video uploading
2. Caption setting
3. Scheduled posting (if BeePost supports it or via workaround)
o OAuth Setup & App Configuration mandatory
• Other Supported Platforms
o Pinterest, Reddit, Telegram, Tumblr, Google Business Profile
o If BeePost supports it, configure and test as per documentation
Ensure tokens refresh properly, all scopes are granted, and post previews/media work perfectly.
Bug Removal & Code Cleanup
• Fix any backend or frontend bugs (console errors, validation, broken forms)
• Remove unused routes, controllers, or functions if not needed
• Ensure there are no 404, 500, or JS/PHP errors
• Optimize codebase for performance
Security & Optimization
• Sanitize all user inputs (forms, uploads)
• Prevent direct file access or route leaks
• Minify JS, CSS; optimize page load time
• Setup basic protection against XSS, CSRF, SQL injection
• Enable HTTPS if SSL available
Final Testing & Delivery
• Test each module (Post, Schedule, Media Library, Team, Billing, etc.)
• Provide one final license-free source code backup (zip)
• Submit clear documentation of:
o APIs setup & tokens
o Cron jobs
o Admin access credentials
o Any customized logic
