SaaS Project with Multi-Tenancy
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
We are requiring a SaaS Project completing from start to finish.
This SaaS Project must be able to do multi tenancy and allow each tenant to be a 'team' of people with there own database.
The SaaS Project doesn't need to handle billing but we must be able to set an expiry date to their license so they have to call us to renew. (Probably helps if we give them 30 days warning about there license expiring too so they can contact us in advanced)
The software basically will allow teams to receive clockings from our clocking machines, and calculate the amount of hours each employee has worked.
The clocking machine will record stuff like ID 5, clocked at 24/01/2023 20:10, using these clockings it must be matched to an employee (via the ID on the clock) and work out the hours inbetween clockings.
This can get quite complicated as it does have to take into account certain rules, such as do they get overtime on this day, have they worked enough hours that it becomes paid into a different rate etc.
The software doesn't need to work out the monetary value of the hours worked, just how much hours the employee has clocked up in a given time period, and what pay categorys they fall into (IE Overtime, Overtime 1.5, Normal Time, Unpaid, Etc)
The software must also be able to plan shifts or rotas for an employee, and if they are late it must notify the customer, or if they leave early based on the clockings received from the clocking machine.
The customer may have an option such as Only alert me if they are more than 2 minutes late
There are some more rules and settings a customer may apply.
