SaaS Platform - Full Stack Developer - React / Laravel / MySQL

Hello,
I'm looking for a full stack developer to help develop a SaaS app which allows companies to register, search a local database, email users, and post jobs (immediate phases).
I recently hired a developer but he disappeared and vanished midway throughout the project. I need someone who can review the existing code, ensure it's all functioning and working as expected, and then continue on to complete the project.

Below is the existing tech stack:
React for Frontend
Laravel for Backend
MySQL for database
I have plenty of documentation and figma designs to share with potential candidates. I uploaded a high level view of the phases . Currently, Phase 1 is mainly done other than the subscription system and settings related to the membership/subscription system (these items need to be done after phase 3).
I have a preference to work with anyone local, or anyone willing to meet up with me internationally as I find working in person can help clear many questions and confusions when communicating goals and objectives of the project.
