SaaS Developer Needed – Perfex CRM Customization & Multi-Tenant SaaS Setup

We are looking for an experienced SaaS Developer with Perfex CRM expertise to help us customize, optimize, and launch OneTooly—a cloud-based business management software for HVAC, auto repair shops, plumbers, electricians, and other service businesses.
The ideal candidate should have experience in Perfex CRM development, SaaS architecture, API integrations, and subscription billing. You will play a crucial role in customizing Perfex CRM, integrating third-party services, and setting up a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
? Responsibilities
✅ Customize Perfex CRM to fit the service industry’s needs (job scheduling, invoicing, customer management).
✅ Develop a multi-tenant SaaS system (Stripe/PayPal subscription model, role-based access).
✅ Integrate VoIP & WhatsApp APIs for customer communication.
✅ Automate email & SMS notifications for bookings, invoices, and reminders.
✅ Develop API connections for Zapier, PBX, and third-party apps.
✅ Optimize database, server security, and overall performance.
✅ Ensure scalability, security, and GDPR compliance.
? Requirements
? Expert in Perfex CRM customization (PHP, CodeIgniter).
? Experience in SaaS development & multi-tenant architecture.
? Strong knowledge of MySQL, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
? Experience with VoIP APIs (Twilio, PBX, WhatsApp API).
? Familiarity with Zapier & workflow automation integrations.
? Stripe/PayPal API expertise for subscription-based billing.
? Ability to troubleshoot and optimize a SaaS platform for high performance.
? Previous experience in SaaS CRM development is a huge plus!
