STRIPE PAYMENT PAGE

I need a Bank Account debit page that will allow customer to pay directly trough their bank account in Canada and USA using STIPE. Processing CAD and USD direct debit while verifying accounts trough trial credit (https://stripe.com/docs/payments/acss-debit/accept-a-payment). The client should be able to go on the website, input their name, email, address, the amount to be paid and the transit, Bank id and account number for canada (ABA and Account number for the USA). They should accept that the transaction is non refundable and that a NSF fee of 45$ will apply to all rejected transaction. The customer should be able to get an email stating that the transaction is pending trial deposit verification and that they should click on the button below to verify the two trial credits to complete the transaction. Upon the trial credits being confirmed the transaction should be submitted automatically to stripe and an email stating the transaction is now processing and the amount will be debited in the next 3 days from the bank account. The payment will be applied upon clearing the account (in the next 7 business days).
