SQL Server Setup on Windows 10 with xampp server with php 5.6 version

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me set up SQL Server on my Windows 10 system and integrate it with Xampp Server running PHP 5.6. The ideal candidate should have experience with the following:
I need enabled sqlsrv driver which is working fine with php 8.1.2 on my xampp server.
but not working with xampp server with ph 5.6
This project includes below tasks :
1. You need to setup SQL Server with PHP 5.6 on Xampp Server
2. You need to create testing database on SQL Server
3. You need to show me connection working with php 5.6 from SQL Server Database on Xampp Server
