MS SQL Client Database on Intranet

I need a quick-turnaround build of a small MS SQL database with a browser-based interface that lets my accounting team log, review, and report on the work they perform for each client.

Core schema
• Clients: name, address, email, phone, contact
• Staff: name, employee #, location
• Offices: name, address
• Services: description, standard fee

Web interface
• Clean, responsive screens to enter and update records in each table.
• Secure sign-in with two roles—Admin (full control) and User (data entry & report viewing).
• Simple navigation so staff can start tracking work right away.

Work-tracking workflow
1. User selects a client, chooses a service, assigns themselves (or another staff member), and enters hours spent.
2. The system stores service fees and staff cost rates for later calculations.

Reports (summary text format)
• Client performance: hours logged, fees due, outstanding balances.
• Staff performance: hours worked per person, internal cost totals.
• Financial summary: aggregated revenue vs. labour cost across all clients.

Technical expectations
– MS SQL back-end with clearly commented schema and migration script.
– Lightweight front end—ASP.NET, Flask, or another common framework is fine as long as it runs in a standard browser without plugins.
– Well-structured SQL queries or stored procedures for the three reports.
– Delivery within one week, including a brief setup guide and a test data set so I can verify functionality immediately.
