SPS 2 software for programming

I’m looking for a developer to build a system that enables users outside the U.S. to access GM's SPS2 software, which is currently restricted in certain regions—even when using a VPN. The goal is to create a secure remote access solution that allows me to manage who can use my account while automating the login process.
Key Features Needed:
Bypass Geographical Restrictions
Enable access to SPS2 for users outside the U.S., even in countries where VPNs fail.
Automated Login System
When a user gets access, the system should automatically log them into SPS2 using my credentials.
The login should include handling any 2FA authentication (e.g., OTPs from my email after usere logins it asks for a code ).
User Management & Access Control
A dashboard where I can add/remove users based on their payment status.
Ability to revoke access instantly if a user stops paying.
Control how many users can be logged in at once.
Security & Usage Monitoring
Ensure users can only access SPS2 and not my full system.
Log usage data to track active sessions.
Tech Considerations:
It should be user-friendly, either as a web-based or lightweight software solution.
If a virtualized server or cloud-based method is needed to handle login and remote access, I’m open to recommendations.
