SMTP fix for Silverstripe project -- 2

Hi,
we have a project made in Silverstripe for which we are having some problems related to sending mail via SMTP when a user try to register to our platform.
From frontend the platform works great but it's not sending emails.
We can provide currently working SMTP credentials and the entire website access.
