SMS alerts for YT channel subscribers

I'd like to create a SMS notification service for YT, easy to use for YTbers. Content creators will direct users to subscribe for alerts when they upload new content, or send (NAME) to ex. 99009. I'm looking for an automated, easy to use interface, with monthly fees.
