SMS Website for Publicity/Promotions
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
i need a website where each of my clients have there own login , we enter all the phone numbers of their clients.
Then they can send SMS to all their clients for promotions. Client has to have the ability to reply with number 1 to stop receiving SMS.
Has to have Payment processor so that client can pay me. Prices per sms for each client will be determined in admin panel.
Will use Twilio or Plivo.
All Generic Bids will be ignored.
