SMS Chatbot for OEM Part Lookup
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm in the process of setting up a new enterprise and I'm looking to integrate a SMS Chatbot. The bot's primary function will be to allow users to type their VIN number, and then use a backend system to connect with an API to find the OEM part connected to this VIN. The bot would then text the customer the OEM part number.
Key Project Requirements:
- A Chatbot that can interact with users via SMS.
- An integrated backend system that can connect to an API to retrieve the OEM part number based on the VIN number provided.
- The ability for the bot to send the OEM part number to the customer via SMS.
Additional Features:
I am open to suggestions for additional features that could be integrated into the Chatbot. These could include:
- Integration with a CRM system
- Any other features that may enhance user experience.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in developing SMS-based chatbots.
