I need a serious PHP developer to do some work on my SMF 2.0 Forum Software.

1. This project is for expirienced PHP developers only! This software is written in PLAIN PHP. NO FRAMEWORK!
2. No Indian coders please. My expirience with Indian coders was bad 99% the time and I am not on a trip to look for the 1% exception
3. Submitt your bid with caution. The budget you submit is what I will consider binding. I am not in to waste time bargaining afterwards. It is ALL in the project worksheet. Check it out carefully and give me your best price only if you are confident you are capable of handling this project
