SMALL WORDPRESS THEME WORK (2 tasks)

We have premium wordpress theme installed and set up, ready to go live. We have currently couple of tasks remaining and looking for some Wordpress developer who can do this work fast (1-2 days)
We will send you and show you all details but in general we have these 2 tasks to do:
TASK 1)
On project upload page we have dropdown Project Type with 3 options. If user select 2 of these options then we want to charge user fixed amount by Paypal. Example:
Project Type - selection option 1 = £0
Project Type - selection - option 2 = £35
Project Type - selection - option 3 = £200
If user select option 2 or 3 they will have to make payment otherwise project will not be created.
TASK 2)
On another part of our website we have Paypal payment system working. The payment is for project amounts / milestones. This payment is working correctly and it creates new Order in the admin. This all works fine except that the Order status now (after successful payment) is ON HOLD. Which we have to change manually. We want after successful Paypal payment the order status to be COMPLETED.
These are all the work we need.
