SHIPTIME REST API INTEGRATION TO WIX

Looking for a rest api expert to do an integration to wix.
Essentially we need real time quotes on the wix site and using shiptime https://shiptime.com/ for quotes as well as to ship so the two parties need to be completely syncing to each other. Shiptime integrates to shopify, woo, ect... but for wix it needs to be integrated via api.
