SEO Keyword Density Tool - URGENT

I need a SEO keyword density tool that can CALCULATE THE PERCENTAGE OF EACH KEYWORD I use on the ENTIRE PAGE. NOT just an article/post. This tool MUST be able to calculate the percentage of EACH KEYWORD I input into the tool and tell me the PERCENTAGE it's used on the PAGE. That means the menu, body, sidebars, content, tags, EVERYWHERE! This is ONLY for each individual PAGE. NOT an entire website, or a post. It needs to be able to asses ANY TYPE of page... .php, .html, wordpress page, shopify page, magento page. It MUST be able to assess keywords that are nested in the META DATA, JQUERY, AJAX, and JAVASCRIPT files too. Also, keywords within popups on a page. EVERYTHING! These things all go into SEO keyword density.
I will need a admin panel for this tool (I'll provide the SKIN for it). I should be able to input a website URL into this tool and it will assess the percentage each keyword is used throughout the entire page top to bottom. I should have a admin panel where I can input up to 1000 keywords, then see the percentage of each keywords use next to each keyword in the admin panel. There should be a refresh button for the tool to reassess the page for keyword density after I make any changes to the pages keywords.
I should be able to INPUT a KEYWORD DENSITY PERCENTAGE that I'm trying to attain in the admin panel. The tool should show all percentages in green that are at or below that desired percentage and show the percentage in red if it's over that desired percentage.
This tool should also give a NUMERIC value to EACH KEYWORD so I know how many times it's been used on the page. This is in ADDITION to the percentage value.
The tool should have a sorting of keywords that are green and ones that are in red in the admin panel. The tool should show the number of at density and not at density keywords in 2 separate boxes in the admin panel. You should be able to click on each box and be took to another page in the admin panel where you can see the LIST of all keywords that meet each criteria.
This tool should be able to be run on a server in the cloud (it will be run on my VPS). It will be run on my own server. There MUST be a secure login page to access the tool online. I must be able to ADD and DELETE users in the admin panel. You will develop the tool on my server. I will provide the admin panel skin. I will provide exact instructions on how I want the admin panel to look, you won't need to be a designer.
This is a pretty simple tool overall. I just need someone with solid programming skills in MySQL, php, ajax, javascript, JQuery, html, and css to create it so it functions as it should.
