Rust Console Server Bot Enhancement

I need enhancements for my Rust console server bot, already connected to GPortal. The bot currently has basic functions and I need it to have more advanced features, specifically:

1. In-Game Economy: Players earn points for killing players or scientists on the server. This data should be saved to a MySQL database.
2. Kill Feed with K/D: The bot will keep track of a kill feed and players' K/D ratios.
3. Discord Shop: Players can spend their earned points in a Discord shop.
4. Leaderboards (keeps top players kills on discord in its own channel)


Moreover, I need admin-only controls. For instance, commands like /run should only be accessible to admins and not regular Discord users.

The in-game economy system should also include:
- A Ranking System
- Transaction History
- An Economy Leaderboard

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Proficiency in MySQL
- Experience with bot development for Rust and Discord
- Capability to implement complex game features
- Understanding of in-game economy systems.
