Rust API project

I have a small project that is being implemented using the Go API with Rest Full standard. My client wants to convert to RUST (using Rocket crate )

I don't know what the exact price is, I'm leaving it from 30$ to 250$ but price is negotiable

Note: some parts are linked with PHP (Laravel) so you also need to understand PHP
