Russian News Telegram Bot Creation

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Telegram bot for personal use. This bot will be designed to copy news from specific Russian Telegram channels that I will identify, translate the news into English using Google Translate, and post the translated content onto my own Telegram channel. Ideal freelancers will:
- Have extensive experience in bot creation and Telegram APIs
- Accurately implement the functionality of copying, translating, and posting news articles
- Possess skills in integrating translation software, particularly Google Translate.
