Rss news aggregator wordpress site for all the biggest hungarian news site

Looking for a Freelancer who can create a professional and 100% legal news aggregator website. It must collect all the latest news from the biggest hungarian news portals.
It must be based on wordpess, I have the site, the template the demo installed I just need you to set up the best RSS plugin, create cathegories according to topics and it must show the origin of the content as well.
Best example is msn. com. I want my website to function like msn. So it lists all the latest news. Shows the origin of the content. And show the content on my website.
I only need hungaian news sites to be listed, no matter if you do not speak the language I can provide the sites.
But as regards categories, u need to create them according to my needs.
I provide translations as the site will be in hungarian language!
Important: I want to get approved on Adsense with this site, big plus if you can help me with that with Adsense friendly development.
Must have skills:
- Wordpress experience
- Experience with RSS feeds and news sites
- Solid knowledge in Google adsense and its requirements
- Professional english communication
- Must be aware of the legal useage of RSS content, what is allowed and what is not! Very important
- Must have proven portfolio
