Royal Mail API Expert Needed

Hi,
I am looking for a Royal Mail API expert (OBA account).
I copy and paste addresses line by line using Click and Drop, this takes time.
What is needed:
Create a basic script (in PHP or Python) that will automatically put my address lines into the API and return a PDF mailing label.
Two choices on the page:
1) Enter UK address:
I paste the address and it is automatically filled in Address Line 1, Line 2, etc..
Shipping label is produced.
2) Enter International address:
I paste the address and it is automatically filled in Address Line 1, Line 2, etc..
Customs information is entered using pre-defined values (Gift, Contents, Value of package)
For example - I click "Gift" , click "Shirt" in contents, click £10 in value
Shipping label is produced.
Any reply without " I am very familiar with the Royal Mail API " will be ignored.
