Rounding decimals

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with a simple Laravel project that involves rounding decimals. Here are the details of the project:
I have bought a script where I need to save some currency conversion values in a form. You will simple need to check the demo of the script and tell me where/what needs to be modified to change the decimal rounding.
Precision Level: The decimals need to be rounded to the thousandths place.
Example: Currently I save 0.012 in a form but it is auto-rounding to 0.01 (maybe its using js?) - But i need it to save as exactly 0.012 - I am not sure if the same jscript is being used in different places of the website for other purposes so please be careful with your edits so it doesn't have changes/consequences in other places not relevant to this.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of decimal rounding and the ability to round decimals to the thousandths/ place.
- Proficient in mathematical calculations and accuracy.
- PHP/LARAVEL/Javascript
- Ability to work efficiently and deliver the final rounded results within the specified timeframe.
