Room vacancy website and mobile app
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I am in need of a website that will allow visitors to search for room availability based on various filterable queries on the website (ie price, location, amenities, and a few other items). We will also need to make the site accessible on the backend to administrators who will be overseeing their own individual listings. We do not want to allow them to be able to access others' listings on the backend. Here's an example demo site: https://machine-estate-agent.diviengine.com/. I'm not yet sure how many individuals will need backend access, but the goal is for us to be able to add people and train them after the site is finished, so you shouldn't have to worry about the actual amount of users you need to create.
The listings themselves should be able to showcase a main large photo with a gallery for up to 15 photos, price, location and contact information, the capability of uploading one video, a contact form, the ability to turn of vacancy on the backend as needed.
This will not sync with any other software, so all these things will need to be done within the Wordpress installation itself.
We will be using Wordpress for the development, and likely use Divi as the theme. We will be handling the overall layout of the site, and any other informational pages that aren't related to this particular functionality. In other words, we only need someone to assist us with the room capability portion of the website. We will have the installation ready for you.
